Jasper Soffers

Dutch pianist Jasper Soffers is renowned for his lyrical touch, refined harmonic language and exceptional versatility. A long-standing member of the Metropole Orchestra, he has performed alongside international artists including Herbie Hancock, John Scofield, Toots Thielemans and Gino Vannelli. In addition to his performing career, Soffers is an accomplished composer and educator, teaching jazz piano at both the Royal Conservatoire in The Hague and the Prins Claus Conservatoire. His playing effortlessly bridges contemporary jazz, orchestral music and improvisation.
